Firstly, if your iPhone isn&#8217;t in a case that supports wireless Qi charging, you&#8217;ll need to remove it before using the HiRise 2 Deluxe. Otherwise, it won&#8217;t magnetically attach to the arm and won&#8217;t charge.<\/p>\n<p>Another point of consideration is the arm itself. While it&#8217;s convenient to angle the charging pad at the end (with a 70-degree range, according to Twelve South), that&#8217;s the only adjustable part. However, there is a significant difference between them. The top spot provides 15W Qi2 charging with a satisfying magnetic \u201csnap\u201d when the iPhone connects. Keep in mind, though, that charging an iPhone from this spot will take longer due to the lower power output.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, it&#8217;s important to be mindful of where you plug it in.
